Dr Dhanya is a highly experienced GP with over a decade of clinical practice, and a strong focus on women’s health. After moving to Australia, she worked in several public hospitals across Perth and completed the Advanced DRANZCOG Fellowship, gaining further expertise in obstetrics and women’s health. During her GP training, she also worked as a GP obstetrician in the outer metropolitan region.
In 2016,Dr Dhanya was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners ( FRACGP) and has since been providing comprehensive general practice services to the Western suburbs of Perth.
Dr Dhanya also works at a sexual health clinic, where she provides expert care in sexual and reproductive health, and is actively involved in training doctors and medical students. She is highly skilled in contraceptive counselling and procedures, including the insertion and removal of intrauterine devices (IUDs) and contraceptive implants.

- Period problems and PCOS
- Contraceptive advice and procedures
- Sexual health and STI screening
- Perimenopause and menopause management
- Preventive care: cervical screening, preconception counselling, postnatal care, and perimenopause/ menopause health checks
