Billing

We operate as a private billing centre. Payment is required at the time of consultation, with Medicare rebates applied afterward.

Appointments

  • Standard appointments are for 15 minutes
  • Long appointments are between 15 minutes to 30 minutes
  • Prolonged appointments are for more than 30 minutes
  • Telephone appointments are available for eligible services. Please speak to our reception team on 08 6388 4442 to see if your consultation qualifies.
  • Appointments can be made on online via HOTDOC or Health Engine apps or call us on 6388 4442. We will try to offer you same day appointments where available.

Telephone calls and Electronic Communication

Telephone calls to doctors should be kept to a minimum as we encourage you to make an appointment for clinical advice. Please speak to our friendly reception staff for assistance.
