Referral templates are available for General Practitioners and Medical Specialists to streamline the referral process to Soleil Health. These templates can be downloaded and imported directly into your clinical software for ease of use and consistency.

Please note:

To ensure proper functionality, please avoid opening the RTF files in Microsoft Word, as this may corrupt the formatting. We recommend reviewing the ‘How to Import and Use’ guide prior to installation.
