Neetu Singh is a Registered Psychologist with experience working with adolescents and adults (13+) from a broad range of backgrounds and offers a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic approach.
Neetu is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work through both past and current difficulties. Drawing on evidence-based approaches, Neetu tailors therapy to individual needs and goals. Her therapeutic work integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT-informed strategies, and trauma-informed approaches.
In addition to therapy, Neetu provides psychological assessment services, including Intellectual Developmental Disorder (IDD) assessments and adult ADHD assessments. She also has experience supporting neurodivergent adolescents and adults within educational and therapeutic settings.
Neetu sees clients at Soleil Health on Thursdays. Medicare rebates are available with a valid Mental Health Care Plan for eligible individual appointments.

Experience across education and private practice settings
